Eligibility
Customers must sign up to www.cubiccollective.com to be able to make online purchases.
Also as a customer you are required to supply us with accurate details. Failing to do so may
result in an unsuccessful purchase. By signing up you agree that we may use your information
anti-fraud checks.
Orders are processed the same day. Deliveries inside Australia are sent via Express Post to your
door, allow approximately 1 - 3 days working days for your order to arrive. Deliveries outside of
Australia are sent via Registered Post, allow 7 - 10 working day for delivery. This may vary
depending on your destination. All orders placed with www.cubiccollective.com will be supplied
with a tracking number so that you may monitor the status or your delivery.
Payment
At Cubic Collective we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as a form of payment for
all goods. All payments processed on www.cubiccollective.com are handled by a secure payment
gateway and other than your contact information to handle the delivery of your order to you, we do not
have access to or store any of your sensitive information, this process is handled and verified directly
with the bank.
Returns/Refunds
At all times our team will endeavour to help you to the best of their ability but we do take this matter
very seriously and do not offer refunds for change of mind. If some reason you have purchased the
wrong size, we will happily accommodate you with an exchange if we have the item in stock.
Any faulty garments must be returned to our head office within 30 days of the date of purchase. The
item in question will be sent by us to the Designer to determine whether the item is faulty due to a
manufacturing fault in production or whether it has arisen from 'Wear and Tear' by the customer.
A fault determined to be from 'Wear and Tear' is not eligible for a refund of any kind, and the return
of this faulty item to the customer is to be paid for at the expense of the customer prior to dispatch.
Where an item is deemed faulty by the Designer, you will be eligible for a refund or store credit for the
receipt price of the item, the freight, and the upon presentation of your receipt the cost of the freight the
customer paid to return the faulty item to our office.
