Online Purchases
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we gladly offer an exchange or full refund provided that the product is returned in its original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the date received. You can simply return the product to our retail Cubic Collective store or post it back to us. If you decide that you would like to post it back to our online store then postage charges will be incurred by the customer.
If an item is faulty or we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item then Cubic Collective will cover the cost of posting the item back.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for defective items.
Defective items
Defective items must be returned to Cubic Collective within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Returning a standard product
1. Call or Email Cubic Collective regarding your return to obtain an RA Number.
3. Send your returned item to: Cubic Collective, Shop 6/3171 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217, Australia.
4. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

Please Note : If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee.
Important
The return must be received by Cubic Collective within (14) fourteen days from date parcel is received.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Cubic Collective.
All returns must be in brand new condition with the hand tags attached.
Any item that is returned to Cubic Collective not in this condition will be returned to sender.
